Executive Managing Director
Ruth joined Dulas in 2011 and worked across a number of functions and roles before becoming Executive Managing Director in 2018. Alongside the Board of Directors Ruth has expanded the business through acquisition and new product development. In addition to providing leadership across the Dulas Group Ruth is also a trustee on the United Nations Global Compact Network UK Board.
Commercial Lead – Operations & maintenance
As Head of Operation and Maintenance, Dylan takes an uncompromising approach to ensuring that all of our hydro clients’ schemes are perfectly maintained and optimised. Dylan also has over a decade of experience developing and installing Dulas’s exclusive Aquashear coanda screens.
Commercial Lead – wind monitoring & EIA/planning consultancy
As a long-serving Director of Dulas, Rachel has a depth of practical knowledge that enables her to oversee the most complex and ground-breaking projects. Rachel leads Dulas’ wind monitoring and EIA/planning consultancy teams, and is responsible for their strategic leadership, planning, organisation and management. She has a rigorous approach to health and safety, while remaining agile to industry or project changes.
ICT and Facilities Manager
Gerallt Evans has been a dedicated member of Dulas for 17 years. As the ICT & Facilities Manager, he brings a wealth of experience to the company. Additionally, Gerallt has served as a Director within the business for a significant number of years, demonstrating his commitment and valuable contributions to Dulas.
Business Development Manager
With decades of industry experience and numerous awards under his belt, Ben recently returned to Dulas to assist in the company’s strategic direction by identifying opportunities and developing new relationships in the fast-evolving renewable energy and medical refrigeration markets.
Technical Consultant
Qualified industrial chemist with more than 17 years of experience of working in the renewable energy industry across all technology types.
Principal Consultant
Rachel Kennedy has managed multiple renewable energy and storage projects for Dulas, including solar, wind and hydro schemes, with responsibility for the coordination of EIA services, compilation of ES’s and managing the input of the lead assessors. Her understanding of site constraints and wind farm design has been applied to a large number of schemes, including her role as project manager and lead designer for several large-scale wind farm schemes located in Mid Wales.
Account Manager (wind monitoring)
Rhian has been with Dulas since 2010 and has worked in various sales roles within the solar and wind monitoring teams. In her role as Account Manager within the wind monitoring team, she is the main point of contact for our wind clients, helping them along the way to developing their wind energy sites by introducing them to our wind monitoring solutions, and ensuring they get the best return on their investment.
Commercial & Strategic Lead (Medical and Scientific)
Carolyn has over 20 years of marketing and commercial experience, and is responsible for the operational, technical, and commercial activity across the medical & scientific division. Carolyn has predominantly worked for manufacturers in the medical and healthcare sectors, both local and international. Carolyn’s focus is to ensure we continue to embed and evolve our commercial strategy, including the development of leading products for our Life Sciences sector, maintaining existing and new customers’ needs.
Commercial Manager (Medical and Scientific)
Richard has over 15 years experience selling into the Medical and Scientific markets. Richard leads the sales team and looks after clients both in the UK and internationally. His passion and drive is exceeding our customers expectations by listening to their needs, recommending solutions and offering exceptional customer service.
Business Development Manager (Medical and Scientific)
Matt is new to the Dulas Group and brings a wealth of experience. With over 10 years within refrigeration covering the Medical, Laboratory and Commercial sectors, plus over 20 years’ experience within sales and manufacturing. He is looking forward to working with our customers and to developing new relationships.
Commercial Lead (Vaccine Cold Chain)
Catherine has worked for Dulas in the Solar International team since 2009 and in that time has built up a network of trusted in-country partners across the globe. Managing a successful sales and marketing programme for the cold chain business within Dulas, she is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients including international UN organisations and NGOs. Catherine is an excellent communicator and very passionate about her role, which includes extensive travel worldwide as an ambassador for Dulas.
Account Manager (Vaccine Cold Chain)
Betty joined the Solar International’s sales team in 2022 as an Account Manager.
In this customer focused role, Betty communicates with our international customers and is focused on a client-centric approach to portfolio management. She has a strong understanding of client relationship management techniques developed over many years of experience.
Account Manager
Duncan joined the Solar International team in 2023. As an Account manager Duncan liaises with our overseas clients and is available to discuss projects which require our solar powered vaccine refrigerators.
This is a key role actively involved in the sales operation within the refrigeration department and with a background in customer service Duncan brings many years of technical experience to the team.
Logistics Manager (Vaccine Cold Chain)
With a background spanning ten years in solar system design, battery storage and key account management, Bobbie is responsible for the project management and delivery of Solar International orders. Bobbie has strong communication, planning and organisational skills and these personal strengths ensure the smooth running of our order and delivery process.
Procurement Manager (Vaccine Cold Chain)
With over ten years’ experience working in the renewable energy sector, Gemma is responsible for the procurement of all system components of the Dulas range of Solar Vaccine Refrigerator Systems. Gemma has responsibility for developing and maintaining supplier relationships and seeking value for money and on time delivery at all stages of order processing. With a background in export and procurement, Gemma is well versed on the complexities of managing stock and juggling customer requirements.
Technical Manager (Vaccine Cold Chain)
With an engineering background and a passion for sustainable solutions, Luis Bateira has studied Renewable Energy technologies and brings extensive experience from the wind, solar, and off-grid sectors. At Dulas, Luis leverages his technical expertise across the business, notably as the primary technical contact and a key contributor to the development of refrigeration projects within the Life Sciences division.
International Marketing Coordinator (Vaccine Cold Chain)
Corrie has worked in the renewables sector for 15 years and has a background in cartography. Her specialisms include environmental impact assessments, site design and other planning services. Now supporting Dulas’s sales and marketing functions, Corrie is passionate about communicating the benefits of our equipment to organisations including UNICEF, WHO and Gavi.
Project Manager (Vaccine Cold Chain)
Claire has more than a decade of experience of Dulas project management under her belt, across a wide range of bespoke solar & hydro installations in the UK. She is currently focused on project managing Solar International’s overseas solar installation projects. Claire’s time management and problem-solving skills ensure that quality installations are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
HSQE Manager
Allen started at Dulas in 2008 as Wind Monitoring Project Manager. In 2019, he was appointed HSQE Manager. Allen’s Key responsibilities include companywide HSE management and compliance, HSQE policies and management systems, ISO 14001 and 9001 accreditation, Achilles Building Confidence accreditation and Dulas incident reporting and investigation procedures.
Sustainability Project Manager
Louise joined Dulas in 2023 to help us deliver on our net zero commitments. She is passionate about turning this ambition into action and has been working hard on developing company wide carbon reduction projects that will enable us to reach to reach our goals. Louise is a self-confessed sustainable transport enthusiast and enjoys helping us all rethink the way we travel to reduce our carbon impact.
