Sales Assistant (Full-time)

This is a key role for a customer focused person to actively and confidently participate in the sales function within the Solar International Department. This role will support the international sales team by managing enquiries from arrival to order, liaising directly with customers, supporting sales and marketing activities, preparing standard quotations for solar vaccine fridges and preparing supporting documentation for tender submissions. This role will also comprise of data entry, filtering, follow up and close customer enquiries. This role will provide administrative support to the team working closely with other team members who have responsibility for sales, quotations and tenders.

Account Manager (Full-time)

This is a key role actively involved in the sales operation within the Solar International department. The role will act as the primary contact for all non-UN key customers. Additional responsibilities include key stakeholder management, responding to sales leads and converting leads into orders for solar powered vaccine refrigerator systems. This is a pivotal role within the Solar International team for account management of existing customers, identifying and building strong, high level relationships with new business prospects and working alongside other members of the sales team and technical support team to ensure that pricing and specifications are realistic, meet customer expectations and are commercially viable.

Technical Support Specialist (Full-time)

This role is intended to be the first point of contact for technical support for our existing customers as well as supporting our sales and project delivery teams. The role is expected to answer all questions or concerns a customer may have while working to increase the customer’s loyalty to the Dulas product and brand. The person in this role should be able to follow the entire customer support journey from first contact to follow-up; Working with the wider team to improve product presentation and attractiveness to the customer is also important.
