As employers we aim to provide a focussed but agile environment that facilitates improvement of the old and forging of the new.
An enormous variety of people work at Dulas. We’ve got people with Doctorates in physics and mathematics, people with MAs in the arts and business. We’ve also got people with incredible practical skills and backgrounds who can drive heavy plant equipment, work fearlessly at heights or knock up great vegetarian cuisine for the team to enjoy! And the diversity gets even broader in our private interests, from sailing and camping to folk music and rally driving.
What we all have in common is that we believe in what we do, and we believe that we can achieve our goals. Becoming part of the Dulas team offers the chance to grow and develop among highly talented people that are passionate about what they do.
