This vibrant town not only holds our central operations but also serves as the hub for our dedicated Renewables and Life Sciences project teams. You’ll find our modern offices conveniently situated within the Dyfi Eco Park, offering easy access right next to the railway station and just a pleasant stroll away from the charming town centre.

Set firmly in the Scottish Highlands, Inverness serves as the strategic hub for our dedicated renewable projects team. Its location offers unparalleled access to the numerous sites where our wind energy projects are underway, making client meetings both convenient and  inspiring. Our office is situated within the Dalcross Industrial Estate, nestled near the scenic banks of the Inner Moray Firth.

Located in a seaside town of West Sussex, our Polestar Cooling facility is a beacon of excellence on the south coast. Here, our skilled fabrication and production team diligently design and craft cutting-edge temperature-controlled equipment. Situated on the Southern Cross Trading Estate, just on the town’s border, this facility is the heart of our manufacturing operations.

Our benefits

We offer employees a cycle-to-work scheme, as a salary sacrifice scheme. Our employees embracing this scheme have generally experienced a happier demeanour, healthier lifestyle, improved mental wellbeing, a ready-to-work attitude, effective working and punctual attendance.

Weeks 1-18 at full pay; weeks 19-26 the level of SMP will be enhanced to ensure half pay; weeks 27-39, you will receive SMP; weeks 40-52 will be unpaid.

As a Dulas employee, you will be eligible to join the private healthcare insurance scheme that the company provides for its employees once you have successfully completed your probationary period.From your first day, you’ll be entitled to the first week of sick leave at full pay, followed by the second week at half pay. Entitlement increases based on length of employment, up to 26 weeks at full pay followed by 26 weeks at half pay, after five years of employment. The scheme is based on a 12-month rolling period.

If you are required to use a computer or VDU at work, you will be entitled to an eye test every two years, and the company will reimburse you for the test and also contribute towards glasses if required.
We offer our employees up to 50% of their contracted hours working from home for those roles where it is possible. It allows flexibility and a good work life balance.
