As the end of 2024 nears, we’re reflecting on a busy 12 months – and what a 12 months it has been!
One of the most exciting developments was the welcoming of another key UK manufacturer, LMS, under the Dulas brand. This follows the acquisition of Polestar, which was made in 2020.
We also introduced the new Dulas divisions: Dulas Life Sciences, and Dulas Renewables.
These acquisitions and divisions have meant significant growth in our offering as a business, and has helped strengthen our position in the medical refrigeration and bio-scientific markets.

These strategic moves were unanimously supported by our members, too, who voted in favour of the acquisitions and rebrand, recognising the alignment with the company’s wider mission and values.
The New Dulas Divisions
As a result of these acquisitions and Dulas’s continued growth, we’ve introduced our new divisions: Dulas Life Sciences and Dulas Renewables.
Dulas Life Sciences offers specialist refrigeration for the medical and pharmacy sectors, including our work to deliver lifesaving solar powered vaccine fridges to some of the most remote communities across the globe.
Dulas Renewables covers a comprehensive range of services and products for renewable energy schemes across wind, hydro and solar PV, including consultancy and wind monitoring.
By structuring our business in this way, Dulas is enabling our current and future growth plans, and helping to streamline our service offering for our customers going forward into 2025 and beyond!
